Dining Your Way Across the Disney Cruise Line: A Guide to Every Ship’s Restaurants

There’s a lot to love about cruising, but I personally think the food is one of my favorite parts. And Disney Cruises are known to have some of the best dining options out of all the cruise lines. Seriously — it’s like stepping into a floating foodie dream where every meal comes with a touch of Disney magic. Whether you’re craving elegant fine dining, fun themed dinners, or late-night comfort food, each Disney cruise ship offers its own lineup of restaurants worth getting excited about.
Prior to sailing with Disney, I had never paid extra to do any of the specialty restaurants on any cruise line. But people absolutely raved about Palo and Remy, so I knew I had to try them for myself. They did not disappoint. That’s one of my biggest splurge recommendations on a Disney Cruise–you must try at least one of the specialty restaurants onboard.

Even if you don’t try the specialty restaurants, you’ll still find plenty of amazing dining options included on every Disney Cruise. Here’s a look at what you’ll find onboard — ship by ship — so you can start dreaming (and drooling) before you even set sail.
Disney Cruise Restaurants on the Wish-Class Ships: Disney Wish, Treasure, Destiny & Adventure
It’s no surprise that the newest ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet all bring the wow factor when it comes to dining. Every restaurant on these Disney Cruise ships feel like part of a story — because they are! The Wish, Treasure, Destiny, and upcoming Adventure all share a similar structure when it comes to dining, featuring three main rotational restaurants, elevated adults-only options, and casual eateries that make it easy to grab something delicious any time of day.
🍽 1923 (Wish, Treasure, Destiny)
Elegant and nostalgic, this restaurant pays tribute to the year The Walt Disney Company was founded. You’ll dine among animation artwork and movie memorabilia while enjoying California-inspired dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
🍽 Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure (Wish)
This one’s a fan favorite — a lively dinner show featuring Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and live Nordic music while you enjoy a menu inspired by Norwegian flavors.

🍽 Worlds of Marvel (Wish, Treasure, Destiny)
An interactive dinner experience where guests get to take part in a Marvel mission right from their table. Expect big hero energy, high-tech fun, and globally inspired fare.
🍽 Plaza de Coco (Treasure)
A vibrant dining celebration inspired by Pixar’s Coco. The show continues from night to night, with festive music, storytelling, and colorful Mexican-inspired dishes.

🍽 Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King (Destiny)
Exclusive to the Disney Destiny, this immersive restaurant celebrates The Lion King with live entertainment, warm African-inspired flavors, and savanna-style design that changes from sunrise to sunset during your meal.
🍽 New Adventure-themed restaurant (Adventure, coming soon)
The Disney Adventure (set to debut in Asia) will feature immersive family restaurants inspired by Disney and Pixar worlds — including Coco and Zootopia — with a focus on bright, global flavors and themed performances.
✨ Disney Cruise Restaurants: Adults-Only & Specialty Dining

For those nights when you want a more refined meal or a quiet date night away from the kids, each Wish-class ship has upscale restaurants that rival fine dining on land.
- Palo Steakhouse (Wish, Treasure, Destiny) – A sophisticated, adults-only steakhouse with Italian flair.
- Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement (Wish, Treasure) – Michelin-level French cuisine in an elegant setting overlooking the ocean.
- Palo Trattoria (Adventure, coming soon) – An Italian-inspired evolution of Palo, designed for the Asia-based ship.
🍔 Casual & Quick Dining
When you’re not in the main dining rooms, there’s no shortage of grab-and-go eats across all four ships.
- Marceline Market (Wish, Treasure, Destiny) / Pixar Market (Adventure)
- A fresh, modern take on the cruise buffet — think themed food stations, chef-prepared dishes, and lots of international choices in a market-style setting.
- Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods (Wish, Treasure, Destiny)
- Your go-to for casual, poolside dining. Grab barbecue, tacos, pizza, burgers, and soft-serve ice cream from themed counters like:
- Mickey’s Smokestack Barbecue
- Donald’s Cantina
- Daisy’s Pizza Pies
- Goofy’s Grill
- Sweet Minnie’s Ice Cream
- Your go-to for casual, poolside dining. Grab barbecue, tacos, pizza, burgers, and soft-serve ice cream from themed counters like:
- Specialty Cafés & Sweet Spots
- Each ship has its own character-inspired coffee and dessert lounges, such as:
- Edna À La Mode Sweets (Destiny) — inspired by The Incredibles, serving gelato, cookies, and more.
- Café Merida (Brave) and Café Megara (Hercules) on the Disney Destiny
- Bewitching Boba & Brews (Adventure)
- Cove Café (found on every Disney ship — adults-only coffee bar with pastries and ocean views)
Disney Cruise Restaurants: Disney Dream & Disney Fantasy

These sister ships feature the same trio of main dining restaurants, each with its own special flair — and you’ll get to rotate through all of them during your cruise.
🍽 Animator’s Palate
A fan favorite that celebrates Disney animation with walls that come to life — plus interactive appearances from Crush the sea turtle!

🍽 Enchanted Garden
Inspired by the gardens of Versailles, this restaurant transforms from day to night while you dine. The menu is light and fresh, with options like salmon, ahi tuna, and roasted chicken.

🍽 Royal Palace / Royal Court
Dining here feels like stepping into a Disney princess movie, complete with chandeliers and intricate mosaics. You’ll enjoy French-inspired cuisine that’s elegant yet approachable.
✨ Bonus Dining Options on Dream & Fantasy:
- Palo (adults-only, Italian fine dining)
- Remy (adults-only, French fine dining — one of the best meals you can have at sea)
- Cabanas (casual buffet with ocean views)
- Flo’s Café (poolside quick-service with pizza, burgers, and sandwiches)
Disney Cruise Restaurants: Disney Magic & Disney Wonder
The original ships may be smaller, but their dining lineup still packs plenty of magic.
🍽 Animator’s Palate
Just like on the other ships, this one features interactive animation fun — and a few surprises that’ll make you smile.

🍽 Rapunzel’s Royal Table (Disney Magic)
This themed dinner party is straight out of Tangled. Rapunzel and the Snuggly Duckling crew perform live while you enjoy Bavarian-inspired dishes like bratwurst and schnitzel.
🍽 Tiana’s Place (Disney Wonder)
Hands down one of the most fun dining experiences at sea. You’ll enjoy Cajun and Creole favorites — think gumbo, jambalaya, and beignets — while Tiana and her band fill the room with New Orleans jazz energy.
✨ Bonus Dining Options on Magic & Wonder:
- Palo (adults-only Italian dining)
- Cabanas (buffet-style breakfast and lunch)
- Pinocchio’s Pizzeria, Pete’s Boiler Bites, and Daisy’s De-Lites (perfect for poolside snacks and late-night cravings)
Quick Bites & Casual Eats Across the Fleet

Even outside the main dining rooms, Disney ships are full of tasty stops for a casual meal or mid-day snack:
🍕 Cabanas / Marceline Market – Casual buffet or marketplace options serving breakfast and lunch with plenty of variety for families.
🍔 Pool Deck Grills – Each ship has themed quick-service spots serving burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, wraps, and tacos — perfect for grabbing between swims.
🍦 Soft Serve Stations – Unlimited ice cream is a Disney Cruise staple (trust me, you’ll find yourself there daily).

☕ Cove Café – An adults-only coffee lounge serving specialty drinks, pastries, and light bites — ideal for a little quiet time.
🍰 Room Service – Available 24 hours a day and included in your cruise fare! Order Mickey ice cream bars, sandwiches, or breakfast in bed.
A Few More Tasty Tips

🍴 Rotational Dining:
One of the most unique parts of Disney Cruise dining is that you get to “rotate” between restaurants each night — and your servers come with you. They’ll learn your family’s favorites (and keep the chocolate lava cake coming).
🍷 Adult-Only Options:
If you’re sailing without kids — or just need a date night — Palo, Remy, and Enchanté are all exceptional.
🏴☠️ Pirate Night:
Don’t miss this one! Every Disney Cruise (except the Alaska itineraries) features Pirate Night — a swashbuckling themed evening complete with pirate costumes, special dinner menus, and a deck party capped off with fireworks at sea. Even the desserts join in the fun, with skull-shaped chocolate treats and rum-flavored delights. It’s one of those “only on Disney” moments you’ll talk about long after you’re back on land.

🍭 Snacks Everywhere:
Between the movie theaters, lounges, and poolside eateries, you’ll never go hungry. Disney has truly thought of everything when it comes to keeping guests fed and happy.
In short: Whether you’re dining with princesses, superheroes, or jazz musicians, every Disney ship offers its own flavor of magic. The hardest part isn’t finding something good to eat — it’s deciding which dish (or dessert) to try first.
