Family All Inclusive Costa Rica Resorts

Costa Rica is a destination that we’ve been wanting to go to forever. We wanted to wait until our kids were a little older so that we could truly explore the country. But we also wanted to make sure we stayed somewhere that was family-friendly and would have plenty of familiar amenities. Therefore, I did some extensive research and found these amazing family all inclusive Costa Rica resorts.
These resorts are perfect for families with kids, offering everything from kids’ clubs and adventure activities to beautiful beach access and family-friendly pools. Each of them is all-inclusive, bringing an element of ease to your vacation. However, I also have an entire list of other amazing Costa Rica family resorts along with this list of the most beautiful resorts in Costa Rica.
There are so many great places to stay, and you don’t need to limit yourself to just one area. We spent a few days in La Fortuna, which doesn’t have options for an all-inclusive resort. But then we spent the second leg of our trip enjoying the ease of having the all-inclusive amenities.

Where to Stay in Costa Rica
The first thing I did when planning my Costa Rica trip was figure out the best places to go in Costa Rica. I actually decided to visit multiple regions because I wanted a mix of rainforest and beach vibes. Most of these family all inclusive Costa Rica resorts are located in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, which has a lot of resorts on white-sand beaches.
The popular places to visit in Costa Rica are as follows:
- La Fortuna – all rainforest, volcano view, hot springs, monkeys, a more quaint area
- Guanacaste – beaches, warmer weather, bigger resort areas, white sand beaches, turtles and sloths
- Manuel Antonio – mix of rainforest and beaches, monkeys, and lots of wildlife
Check out this list of the best things to do in Costa Rica to help you decide where to stay. You might also want to consider these amazing Costa Rica resorts with hot springs for a portion of your trip.
