The Best Places To Go in Costa Rica: A Guide to Paradise

Costa Rica is somewhere I have always wanted to visit. When it finally got time to plan my dream trip there, I was a bit overwhelmed with deciding where to stay.

Part of me simply wanted to stay in one of the many all-inclusive resorts to make life easy. But when I really pictured what I wanted my vacation to look like, it didn’t include simply hanging at the pool all day. I wanted to explore and really see it all. So I decided to explore a few different regions so I could really see more of what Costa Rica has to offer.

1. Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna – One of the best places to go in Costa Rica for volcano views and rainforests

Arenal Volcano is one of Costa Rica’s most iconic landmarks. Towering over the lush landscape, this active volcano and the surrounding town of La Fortuna offer a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. This is where we started the first leg of our trip.
