JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort Review (2026): Is It Worth It for Families?
When we were planning our visit to San Antonio, Texas over spring break, we looked at several hotel options in Hill Country. But once I saw the waterslides and lazy river at the JW Marriott San Antonio water park, I didn’t need to look any further. I knew this San Antonio resort would be a great option for my kids and their cousins (plus you know I love a lazy river). San Antonio Family Vacation: A Spring Break Adventure
Our San Antonio family vacation was leg 2 of our Spring Break Texas vacation. After we left our wonderful vacation home in San Marcos, Texas (see my Austin family vacation post), we headed out to San Antonio to meet up with cousins for a couple of nights. Driving from San Marcos, Texas to San Antonio, Texas took about an hour. Our first stop in San Antonio was, of course, The Alamo. The kids enjoyed spending some time learning about the history there.
