I hate being cold. But I do love a trip to the snow. I also go camping often, and it can get pretty cold depending on the time of year we go. That’s why I have spent so much time and effort trying to find the best cold weather gear to keep me warm, whether I’m out camping, heading to the snow or simply watchin my son’s Friday night football games.

This isn’t a traditional blog post where I am going to write a full page about why I love each item. I try to include pictures when I can, and a simple list with a link so you can check it out for yourself. Happy scrolling!

A heated vest is a game changer! Not only fashionable, but perfect for keeping you warm on a camping trip or at a sports game. There are several styles to choose from. The vest above is on Amazon for $44.99 (price may vary). And to keep it charged even long, you’ll want a rechargeable battery pack, sold separately.

Rechargeable Hand Warmers – This is my new cold weather gear obsession. I use them all the time. Simply charge them up and then stick them in your pocket or gloves to keep your hands warm. Much better than buying the disposable packs all the time.

Parka – I bought this parka-style puffer jacket for our trip to Green Bay and Chicago in December when I knew it would be freezing. It kept me so warm and now I am obsessed! It comes in a variety of colors and can often be found on sale on Amazon.

Thermal underwear (not pictured) – Having some thermal underwear on under your clothing, particularly under jeans, makes such a difference in warmth when you know you’re going to be outside for several hours.

Lightweight Puffer Jacket – Amazon $69.99, price may vary. I love that this jacket is super lightweight, but super warm. It rolls up for easy, compact storage.

Heated Camping Chair

Another camping/ sports-watching game changer is a heated seat. Like the heated vest above, this heated chair ensures I stay warm no matter where I am. It’s the best!! The chair plugs right into your USB-battery charger (sold separately). On Amazon for $79.99 (price may vary).

How cute is this two piece-loungewear set? This exact one I am wearing isn’t available at the moment, but there are so many similar styles to choose from on Amazon.
